Refunds, Cancellations and Returns Policy
Subscriptions:
World Medical Elites™ does not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the monthly benefits, you can cancel your recurring billing at any time by emailing us. Your access will terminate, along with the monthly benefits, at the end of your subscription.
We don’t ask for any contracts because we are performance-based. If we’re doing a great job, we know you will continue to use our services.
Advertising:
We do not offer refunds on advertising. Advertising is purchased on a month-by-month basis and can be renewed or cancelled. If you decide to purchase advertising at a later date, it would be the current day pricing.
Products:
If you purchased a product and it arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will replace it.
Personalized products are not returnable once ordered unless they are damaged and then we will replace them.
Exchanges:
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, sent us an email to begin the process.
