Review Process

Review Process for Awards

Here is the review process for the World Medical Elite Awards:
During the screening process, our Review Team considers a variety of factors, including education, training, certifications, years of experience, patient reviews, peer nominations, along with online presence. We will also review any malpractice or disciplinary actions taken against the provider.

Our Reviews Team then evaluates and scores each candidate based on the information collected during the screening process. The providers with the highest scores are selected for the awards. It is important to know that we do not accept payment in exchange for being considered or selected to win an award. Our selection process is based purely on merit and the qualifications of the provider.

Once selected, the provider will be contacted by phone, email and/or fax.  Each award winner will be listed on the WME website, in press releases, and on social media. These promotions will help the award-winning provider have a higher level of positive provider social proof. This results in helping prospective patients find you more easily, and trust your care.

Providers are re-reviewed annually to ensure they continue to qualify. You will be notified if you are selected the following year.

Note: The Lifetime Achievement Award is a one-time award.
